"I took him down the main street of the town till we came to the place where the beggar had his pictures. And as soon as George saw the pictures he knew what was wrong.
He agreed with the Doctor that the idea of a bird weather bureau was quite a possible thing and would lead to much better weather reports than had so far been possible. Then for a whole hour and a half he gave the Doctor a lecture on winds. Every word of this John Dolittle wrote down in a notebook.
"I had admired their spirit greatly in punishing a boy so much bigger than they were. And when they wandered off by themselves,穿山甲🚖 again out of curiosity,身份🈂 I followed them. Well,穿山甲🔑 they traveled quite a distance for such small folk. And presently the sun set and darkness began to creep over the woods.
"Great heavens,身份🚓 Gub-Gub!" the Doctor exclaimed. "Don't you think I'm busy enough already? What do you want a parcel post for?"
CHAPTER V
While the Doctor was examining them with great curiosity the turtle said:

If you wanted some Brussels sprouts you should have written to me. After all,公子👾 you can't blame the birds for putting you under arrest."
"'Yes,身份🚡' said the spaniel. 'We are staying at The Royal George. My master is painting some pictures of the country and next week he is going back to London to commence on the portrait of the prince.'

OBOMBO'S REBELLION

"What are you going to say to Wilkins,身份💶 Doctor?" asked Dab-Dab as the canoe glided along over the moonlit sea. "It's a pity you haven't got a pistol or something like that. He looks a desperate character and he isn't likely to give up the pearls without a fight."

After a moment's thought the Captain turned to the Doctor again.
Speedy had agreed with the Doctor upon a sort of overhead telegraph system to be carried on by the swallows. And as soon as the millions of little birds had spread themselves out in a line along the coast,公子🐂 so that the sky was speckled with them as far as the eye could reach,穿山甲🆓 they began passing messages,公子😽 by whistling to one another,身份📞 all the way from the scouts in front back to the Doctor on the warship,穿山甲😭 to give news of how the hunt was progressing.

Soon,穿山甲😐 when the sky over the lake was beginning to fill up with circling ospreys,身份🏤 herons and albatrosses,身份😗 Speedy left the Doctor and flew off to join them. "'What on earth is that?' he asked.
"Very good,公子🍒" said the Doctor. "Then that settles that. Now I must get back to the post office. The ship is yours. But as soon as the nesting is over come and let me know,身份💽 because I have a very special idea I want to tell you about."
